Abstract
The chavicabetle/piper betle exstract is use as an antioxidant for coconut oil due to it contain thing that could inhibit oxidation. This benefit hoped raissing extra value from that piper betle useness. These research is done to find out the piper betle extract antioxidant by using operation variable that consist of solvent volume 50-150 m, 30-90 minuttes of time extraction and stirring rate about 200-1200 rpm. Extraction processs is done by piper betle flour and etanol after to enter in extractor and by using magnetic stirrer for mixured. Result of extract to add coconut oil to after analysed pheroxide number. Upon on this analysis results know that the most influences variable thing is solvent volume. That using 130 ml which showed by small pheroxide number is 10.626
